Quantum Global Solutions and Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild announce cooperation agreement

In late August, leading construction claims and dispute avoidance consultancy Quantum Global Solutions and Kiev based, Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild (ICEG), signed a joint cooperation agreement to encourage and develop mutually supportive initiatives in Ukraine, the State of Qatar and globally.

“Mega-construction projects are often designed by teams in one country, using materials from around the world and built by local or international joint venture teams. These projects bring together multi-lingual, multi-national teams working across different time-zones – inevitably project timelines slip, budgets over-run and things can get difficult. Each project is unique and at Quantum we actively seek partnerships with industry experts around the world to further enhance the services we provide our clients. With our existing partnership with Poland-based Vintage Consulting and Slovakian, Bexel Consulting, joining forces with the ICEG further consolidates our commitment to Eastern European clients. As members of the European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations (EFCA), and through their support of Ukrainian and European construction clients, the ICEG brings a wealth of local knowledge and expertise to projects,” said Peter Murphy, Quantum Managing Director. “In turn our teams will also share our knowledge and expertise gained working on some of the world’s largest and most complex projects and how, through the use of our technology divisions, Quantum Digital and Construction Dynamics Solutions we can also add a new dimension to resolving issues faced by ICEG client projects.”

“Quantum is recognised as a leader in the construction claims industry for helping clients reach amicable resolutions and avoid disputes. We look forward to working with the Quantum team, led by Oleksii Liubymyi, to raise the profile and the opportunities that exist for the construction industry working in Ukrainian and in other neighbouring European countries. Joining forces and joining skills benefits both the ICEG and Quantum but the partnership especially benefits our clients who will take advantage of our mutual expertise in supporting the development of projects, or helping resolve issues as they arise,’ said Oleksandr Nepomnyashchyy – ICEG President.

“I look forward to working with ICEG and to further expanding our Eastern European footprint, I believe Quantum’s partnership with the ICEG, will enable us to work together to support Ukraine-based and European clients from project inception to close-out,” said Oleksii Liubymyi. “It’s a great opportunity for everyone involved”.
