The world marathon of the annual meetings of engineering and consulting associations, which the FIDIC International Conference started in Berlin (Germany) in September this year, is under way.
The fall conference of the American Council of Engineering Companies* (ACEC) will commence in Las Vegas (United States of America) today.
The meetings of the ACEC Board of Directors and the ACEC Executive Committee, risk management committees, best business practices, taxation and regulation, the International Committee, as well as forums on legal issues, development of engineering activities are going to take place at the conference.
More than 800 representatives of the engineering and consulting community from both the United States and other countries have arrived to participate in the conference.
*The American Council of Engineering Companies represents thousands of companies, as well as is the voice of the engineering industry, which is headquartered in Washington, DC.
With roots dating back more than 100 years, ACEC is a federation of 52 state and regional councils representing more than 600,000 engineers, architects, land surveyors, and other specialists.
