The document has a reference to and is a supplement to the MoU previously signed between ICEG and ATCEA in Istanbul back on March 15, 2017. Today, the Parties reconciled their positions for the development of relations with the aim of addressing relevant global challenges in new historical realities.

“The Purpose of the Memorandum is to specify the foundation for cooperation and coordination between the Parties aiming at zooming in their efforts and opportunities for the effective joint performance of Turkish and Ukrainian companies in the recovery of Ukraine,” the document specifies.

ATCEA and ICEG confirmed their interest in strengthening and deepening cooperation, committed to encourage and develop mutual contacts of civil engineering representatives in Ukraine and the Republic of Turkey.

As Interfax-Ukraine reports with reference to the Regional Construction Association, which brings together builders of the Kharkiv region, new opportunities have already attracted the interest of construction market participants who are ready to join the reconstruction of Ukraine.
