LLC \u201cFBM Ukraine\u201d is providing construction supervision services for rehabilitation of a bridge on a public road of national importance in the eastern Kharkiv Region under a contract with the Service for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure in Kharkiv Region.<\/p>\n

Just as 28 other bridges in the regions, this one was destroyed by the Russian army in 2022. After the community was liberated, they immediately began reconstructing this facility.<\/p>\n

In regions close to the frontline, restoration of transportation by roads and artificial structures is pivotal for life support in local communities. In addition, such work is necessary to ensure army logistics and evacuation of injured servicemen and local residents.<\/p>\n

First, builders arranged a temporary crossing and dismantled the destroyed bridge, and then they got down to rebuilding the bridge.<\/p>\n

As Nina Karavan, the company\u2019s managing partner, noted, the restored structure is designed for present-day loads. The entire working process is being controlled by independent construction supervisors with Mykola Shulha in charge, a lead technical supervision engineer for road construction.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe bridge is now completely constructed. It has been built from scratch after destruction. Currently, they are working to make approaches to the bridge,\u201d Mr. Shilha comments.<\/p>\n

According to Andrii Alekseiev, Head of the Service for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure in Kharkiv Region, launch of the traffic is schedules for early June.<\/p>\n
