It is one of the first infrastructural facilities granted as a concession in Ukraine.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">After the region was occupied and the port was idle for a long time, representatives of the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories and the concessionaire sat down to talk to find new solutions and restart the project.
