A practice in gaining momentum in Ukraine to engage the consulting engineer in implementation of construction projects \u2013 an economic operator that employs specialists certified as \u201cconsulting engineers (construction)\u201d and provides engineering consulting services under a contract with the client. Thus, in the course of their practical activities, members of the Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild sometimes come across the issues that require a profound scientific and juridical analysis.<\/p>\n
In the framework of its statutory mandate to promote the development and enhancement of the quality of the engineering consulting industry in Ukraine, as well as satisfy and protect its members\u2019 interests, ICEG has reached out to one of the leading legal opinion centers, Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, with a request to deliver scientific legal research into certain issues of engaging the consulting engineer in implementation of construction projects.<\/p>\n
