{"id":10998,"date":"2025-11-06T12:09:24","date_gmt":"2025-11-06T10:09:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iceg.com.ua\/?p=10998"},"modified":"2025-11-06T12:09:24","modified_gmt":"2025-11-06T10:09:24","slug":"kenca-and-iceg-sign-renewed-memorandum-of-understanding","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iceg.com.ua\/en\/news-en\/kenca-and-iceg-sign-renewed-memorandum-of-understanding\/","title":{"rendered":"KENCA and ICEG sign renewed Memorandum of Understanding"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Korea Engineering and Consulting Association (KENCA)<\/strong> and Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild (ICEG) have signed a renewed Memorandum of Understanding reaffirming a strategic partnership between Korean and Ukrainian engineering consulting organizations.<\/p>\n<p>The document renews and updates the agreement concluded on <strong>December 6, 2012 in Seoul<\/strong> and reflects new challenges and opportunities arising the Ukrainian engineering community is facing during rebuilding of our country.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the renewed MoU is <strong>to expand the cooperation between <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kenca.org\/main\/index.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>KENCA<\/strong><\/a><strong> \u00a0and ICEG<\/strong>, develop professional communications, share experience and knowledge, and create conditions for consulting engineers from both countries to participate in joint projects.<\/p>\n<p>Key areas of collaboration include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>exchange of information and best practices in engineering consulting;<\/li>\n<li>joint participation in <strong>international infrastructure and construction projects<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>support the initiatives of <strong>FIDIC<\/strong> (International Federation of Consulting Engineers);<\/li>\n<li>promote enhancement of <strong>professional, ethical, and quality standards<\/strong> of consultant engineers\u2019 activities;<\/li>\n<li>broadening the interaction between member companies through training programs, workshops, and joint events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The MoU was executed remotely in electronic format by <strong>Hae-Kyoung Lee, KENCA Chairman<\/strong>, and <strong>Oleksandr Nepomnyashchyy, ICEG President<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Signing this MoU has marked a significant step in <strong>fostering ICEG\u2019s international partnerships<\/strong> that facilitates sharing state-of-the-art technologies, attracting investments, and forming new quality standards in the implementation of Ukraine recovery projects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Korea Engineering and Consulting Association (KENCA) and Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild (ICEG) have signed a renewed Memorandum of Understanding reaffirming a strategic partnership between Korean and Ukrainian engineering consulting organizations.
