Its objectives include development of the infrastructure and formation of the quality living environment, namely in the medical sphere.<\/p>\n<p>The MoC was signed by Volodymyr Zhovnir, Director General of the Research Center, and Oleksandr Nepomnyashchyy, President of ICEG.<\/p>\n<p>The MoC\u2019s scope covers improvement of the professional and scientific self-governance and consolidation of efforts for efficient project implementation. A special attention is given to attracting investment, donor\u2019s aid, and relevant expertise.<\/p>\n<p>The document also envisages implementation of best global practices, modern management standards, contract forms, including FIDIC forms, and innovative technologies in construction.<\/p>\n<p>Another important area of cooperation will be enhancing the project implementation efficiency through risk management, process transparency, and corruption prevention.<\/p>\n<p>The National Research Center for Radiation Medicine, Hematology and Oncology is a leading state-run scientific and medical institution dealing with cancer and blood disease research and radiation health effects.<\/p>\n<p>The MoC is launching a new phase of collaboration with the National Research Center for Radiation Medicine, Hematology and Oncology that joins the efforts of science, medicine, education, and engineering.
