These primarily include restoration of social and critical infrastructure, development of the transport system, ensuring energy resilience of communities, and modernization of the housing stock.<\/p>\nParticular attention was paid to increasing the efficiency of implementing already launched projects \u2014 from accelerating procedures to optimizing the use of available resources. In parallel, the preparation of new initiatives within the Ukraine Investment Framework is being discussed, particularly in the sectors of transport, energy efficiency, housing, and protective infrastructure.<\/p>\n
The focus is also on the development of cooperation tools with the private sector, including public-private partnership mechanisms, which are considered one of the key instruments for implementing infrastructure projects in view of limited resources.<\/p>\n
In fact, this represents a transition to a more systematic model: not just attracting financing, but forming a portfolio of projects prepared in accordance with donors\u2019 requirements and ready for implementation. In international practice, particularly following FIDIC approaches, this model is based on clearly structured project management \u2014 from the development of technical solutions to the control of execution at all stages.<\/p>\n
