IGEC<\/span> strengthens cooperation with European partners<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n On<\/span> 7-8 <\/span>March<\/span> 2016 <\/span>was<\/span> hold<\/span> in<\/span> Krakiv (Poland)<\/span> the second <\/span>Regional Conference<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/a><\/span>, <\/span>which explored the new EU Procurement Directives, and their practical use in the market, with a focus on investment in infrastructure.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n The conference was organized by International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), Stowarzyszenie Inzynier\u00f3w Doradc\u00f3w i Rzeczoznawc\u00f3w (SIDiR), European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations (EFCA).\u00a0 <\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n The conference programme was focused on infrastructure investment, to raise awareness that FIDIC forms of contracts can be used, and are, frequently used in the European region, even if the market is predominantly regulated by public law and public procurement rules.<\/span> This special event preceded by a special pre-conference seminar on Best Value Procurement on 6 March.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Ukraine was represented by Interstate Guild of Consulting Engineers, which is an associate member of FIDIC, and the law firm Arzinger.<\/span><\/p>\n The IGCE representative during his speech at the conference expressed appreciation for the open opportunities and interest of Ukraine build community in implementing European rules of technical regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n At the conference was holding a number of bilateral meetings aimed at deepening cooperation IGCE with European colleagues within a FIDIC.<\/span><\/p>\n The Conference Program can be found at<\/span> FIDIC<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
