This is the case adoption of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kmu.gov.ua\/control\/uk\/cardnpd?docid=248890454\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';\">Order<\/span><\/b><\/a><b><\/b><\/span><b> <\/b><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';\">\u2116 154-p of March 14.\u00a0<span class=\"xfm_15045459\">The unofficial translation can be found\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black;\"><span class=\"xfm_15045459\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/iceg.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/CABINET%20OF%20MINISTERS%20OF%20UKRAINE.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 4pt 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\"><span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #000000;\">In this document not only were distributed the State Budget expenditures for network development and maintenance of public roads, but also provided for the introduction of effective quality control mechanisms, rules, technical supervision, funding for these works according to the FIDIC contracts during the year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 4pt 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\"><span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #000000;\">A corresponding order was given to the Ministry of Infrastructure, Ukravtodor, Ministry of Economic Development and Ministry of Regional Development.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 4pt 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\"><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';\">Conclusion of contracts according to the FIDIC forms will detail general and special conditions.<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';\">This allows for better control over the using funds, coordination of all project participants.
