{"id":5759,"date":"2022-06-09T15:18:46","date_gmt":"2022-06-09T12:18:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iceg.com.ua\/en\/?p=5759"},"modified":"2023-11-24T21:31:17","modified_gmt":"2023-11-24T19:31:17","slug":"laws-of-ukraine-no-2254-ix-and-no-2247-ix-enacted","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iceg.com.ua\/en\/news-en\/laws-of-ukraine-no-2254-ix-and-no-2247-ix-enacted\/","title":{"rendered":"Laws of Ukraine No. 2254-IX and No. 2247-IX enacted"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today, June 9, 2022, two Laws of Ukraine are enacted: No. <a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/go\/2254-IX\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2254-IX<\/a>\u00a0of 12.05.2022 \u201cOn amending some laws of Ukraine on priority measures to reform the urban planning\u201d and No. <a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/go\/2247-IX\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2247-IX<\/a>\u00a0of 12.05.2022 \u201cOn amending some regulations of Ukraine on specialties in regulating land relations under the martial law.\u201d The laws were published in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.golos.com.ua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Holos Ukrayiny<\/a>\u00a0issue of 08.06.2022 \u2013\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/iceg.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/080622a.pdf\">No. 119<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Law No. <a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/go\/2254-IX\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2254-IX<\/a>\u00a0is designed to regulate the relations in the field of urban planning during the martial law and ensure conditions to build housing for the people who lost housing of their own, to implement measures for complex recovery of municipalities, and relocation of companies\u2019 production facilities. This Law takes effect on the day following its publication day except for Cl. 3 Par. 3 Chapter 1 (works on national standardization), which will be enacted Jan. 1, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The Law No. <a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/go\/2247-IX\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2247-IX<\/a>\u00a0establishes special rules to own, use, and handle the land including those concerning the purpose of land lots for placing (building) the following facilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>production facilities of enterprises;<\/li>\n<li>places for temporary storage of debris;<\/li>\n<li>road and transport infrastructure facilities;<\/li>\n<li>facilities for temporary accommodation of internally displaced people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In general, comprehensive implementation of these laws will allow setting up efficient mechanisms to restore, reconstruct, and relocate the facilities that suffered from the Russian aggression.<\/p>\n<p>We expect prompt adoption of by-laws needed to implement the above laws and are ready to contribute to their development.<\/p>\n<p>As we informed earlier,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/iceg.com.ua\/vazhlivi-zakoni-prijnyato-verhovnoyu-radoyu-ukrayini\/\">important laws were passed by the Verkhovna Rada<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today, June 9, 2022, two Laws of Ukraine are enacted: No. 2254-IX\u00a0of 12.05.2022 \u201cOn amending some laws of Ukraine on priority measures to reform the urban planning\u201d and No. 2247-IX\u00a0of 12.05.2022 \u201cOn amending some regulations of Ukraine on specialties in regulating land relations under the martial law.\u201d","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":5556,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[25],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-5759","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news-en"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/iceg.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/5759","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/iceg.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/iceg.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/iceg.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/iceg.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=5759"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/iceg.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/5759\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":5760,"href":"https:\/\/iceg.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/5759\/revisions\/5760"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/iceg.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/5556"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/iceg.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=5759"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/iceg.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=5759"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/iceg.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=5759"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
