On June 22, The Uriadovyi Kuryer issue 136<\/a>\u00a0published the Cabinet of Ministers Decree No. 700\u00a0<\/a>of 14.06.2022 that amends the \u201cProcedure of assessing the losses and damage inflicted on Ukraine by the Russian aggression\u201d approved by the Cabinet of Ministers Decree No. 326<\/a> of 20.03.2022 and the \u201cProcedure of performing emergency works to eliminate consequences of the Russian aggression resulting in damaged buildings and structures\u201d approved by the Cabinet of Ministers Decree No. 473<\/a> of 19.04.2022.<\/p>\n

The introduced changes specify the vectors to identify the losses and damaged inflicted on Ukraine by the Russian invasion and organizational bases to document the scope and scale of damages and destructions of property of governmental, municipal, and private ownership, which were done during the Russian invasion of Ukraine due to hostilities, terrorist attacks, sabotages, missile strikes, bombardments, etc.<\/p>\n

Definition of legal and organizational bases to survey the properties can be used for assessing the losses caused by loss, destruction, and damage, paying compensations to Ukrainian nationals, and collecting information for future official lawsuits against the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n
