The Plan was also presented in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The Plan is based on 5 Core Guiding Principles:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start now and ramp up gradually;<\/li>\n<li>Grow prosperity in equitable way;<\/li>\n<li>Integration in EU;<\/li>\n<li>Build back better at national and regional scales;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Enable private investments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Plan covers 17 national programs, the largest is \u201cRecovery and upgrade of housing and regions infrastructure\u201d totaling to USD 150-250 billion. \u201cLogistics de-bottleneck and integration with EU\u201d will cost USD 120-160 billion. The third most expensive program is \u201cEnergy independence and Green Deal\u201d \u2013 USD 130 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Such mass-scale plans open new perspectives for the national business to develop and simultaneously, are challenging for Ukrainian companies.
