On August 5, an official reception was held in Kyiv to mark the 15th anniversary of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine and Builder’s Day titled “Building the future of Ukraine together.”

The Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild was represented by Executive Director Yevhenii Vladimirov and Vice President Svitlana Reva.

The Confederation of Builders of Ukraine is the largest professional association in the construction industry and a full member of the European Construction Industry Federation (FIEC). Over the past 15 years, the CBU has been bringing together the market participants, taking part in shaping the state policy in the field of construction, promoting the introduction of European approaches, and fostering the professional dialogue on the Ukraine recovery.

During the solemn ceremony, ICEG was presented with the “Strategic Partner” anniversary award. It recognizes the long-term cooperation between the two organizations and their joint work aimed at developing the construction industry.

During this time, the interaction between ICEG and CBU has gone beyond individual professional events. The organizations jointly participate in sectoral discussions, working on solutions in the construction sector, formulating the positions on the European integration, and mechanisms for implementing thea reconstruction projects.

Today, professional associations are increasingly influencing the sectoral policy quality. They combine the hands-on experience of businesses, professional expertise, governmental agenda, and international standards. It is this interaction that helps establish clear rules, enhance the capacity of market players, and improve the mechanisms for preparing and implementing the infrastructure projects.

ICEG congratulates the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine on its 15th anniversary and thanks it for the high assessment of our joint work.

The Guild will continue to develop its partnership with the CBU in the interests of the engineering consulting community, construction industry, and high-quality reconstruction of Ukraine.
