Public Union “Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild” (ICEG) has Governing bodies, Executive Office, Subsidiary Bodies and Auditing Commission.
GOVERNING BODIES OF ICEG
1.1. THE BOARD is the highest permanent governing body of ICEG, which comprises delegated representatives of ICEG members, the President and Vice-Presidents of ICEG.
The main functions of the Board are as follows:
1.2 PRESIDENT – heads ICEG. He is elected (recalled) by the Board from among the members of ICEG. The term of office of the President is five years.

1.3 VICE PRESIDENTS – ensure the operation of ICEG in accordance with the distribution of responsibilities and during the absence of the President. The distribution of responsibilities between the Vice Presidents is approved by the Board of ICEG on the proposal of the President.

3.1 THE COLLEGIATE is a permanent body of ICEG, which operates on the principles of openness, collegiality, equal rights of all members of ICEG, consensus searching and non-discrimination. The Collegiate is formed from representatives delegated by each ICEG member (regardless of the type of membership).

3.2 ADVISERS GROUP – an advisory body of ICEG, which is created to strengthen the position of ICEG in matters that require special knowledge and experience. The Advisers group is formed from specialists based exclusively on their knowledge, experience and professional competence.

4.1 THE AUDITING COMMISSION is a collegial supervisory body of ICEG, which is controlled and accountable to the ICEG Board. The auditing commission is formed from the representatives delegated by ICEG members. A member of the Auditing Commission cannot be a person who has employment relations with ICEG, as well as a representative of an ICEG member who at the same time already has a representative in the ICEG Board.
