Public Union “Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild” (ICEG) has Governing bodies, Executive Office, Subsidiary Bodies and Auditing Commission.

 GOVERNING BODIES OF ICEG

 1.1. THE BOARD is the highest permanent governing body of ICEG, which comprises delegated representatives of ICEG members, the President and Vice-Presidents of ICEG.

The main functions of the Board are as follows:

• Approving changes to the Statute.
• Electing (recalling) the President.
• Considering and approving the reports of the President, the Auditing Commission and the Executive Office of ICEG.
• Determining the directions and long-term tasks of ICEG activity.
• Making decisions on the enrolment (refusal of enrolment) of ICEG members and termination of membership in ICEG.

 1.2 PRESIDENT – heads ICEG. He is elected (recalled) by the Board from among the members of ICEG. The term of office of the President is five years.

The main functions of the President are as follows:

• Representing ICEG in its relations with individuals or legal entities.
• Concluding deeds on behalf of ICEG, signing contracts, agreements, etc.
• Taking measures to attract new members of ICEG.
• Ensuring the implementation of the Board resolutions.
• Administering the work of Vice Presidents, the Executive Office and the Subsidiary Bodies of the ICEG.

 1.3 VICE PRESIDENTS – ensure the operation of ICEG in accordance with the distribution of responsibilities and during the absence of the President. The distribution of responsibilities between the Vice Presidents is approved by the Board of ICEG on the proposal of the President.

The main functions of Vice Presidents are as follows:

• Administrative and technical support.
• Legal support 

2. EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF ICEG

2.1 In the sphere of administrative and technical support for the activity of ICEG:

Structural subdivisions of the Executive Office:

• Program implementation department.
• Information analytics department.
• Scientific and technical committee.
• Organisational and staffing department.
• Chief Accountant.

2.2 In the sphere of legal support for the activity of ICEG:

Structural subdivisions of the Executive Office:

• Department of legal support and international relations.
• Mediation and dispute resolution commission.
• Qualification commission.
• Anti-corruption commission. 

3. SUBSIDIARY BODIES OF ICEG

 3.1 THE COLLEGIATE is a permanent body of ICEG, which operates on the principles of openness, collegiality, equal rights of all members of ICEG, consensus searching and non-discrimination. The Collegiate is formed from representatives delegated by each ICEG member (regardless of the type of membership).

The main functions of the Collegiate are as follows:

• Considering and making decisions on the activities of ICEG.
• Taking measures to achieve the goals and objectives of ICEG.
• Assisting members of ICEG and the industry community in forming a worldview and correct understanding of the goals and objectives of ICEG and FIDIC, as well as their codes of ethics, etc.

3.2 ADVISERS GROUP – an advisory body of ICEG, which is created to strengthen the position of ICEG in matters that require special knowledge and experience. The Advisers group is formed from specialists based exclusively on their knowledge, experience and professional competence.

The main functions of the Advisers Group are as follows:

• Providing professional advice and recommendations.
• Drafting proposals and resolutions.
• Strengthening the ideology of ICEG. 

4. AUDITING COMMISSION OF ICEG

 4.1 THE AUDITING COMMISSION is a collegial supervisory body of ICEG, which is controlled and accountable to the ICEG Board. The auditing commission is formed from the representatives delegated by ICEG members. A member of the Auditing Commission cannot be a person who has employment relations with ICEG, as well as a representative of an ICEG member who at the same time already has a representative in the ICEG Board.

The main functions of the Auditing Commission are as follows:

• Inspecting the financial and economic activity of ICEG, the annual financial report and balance sheet of ICEG and reporting to the ICEG Board on the results of the inspection.
• Informing the ICEG Board in case of detecting abuses or a threat to the rights, legitimate interests, reputation, prestige, authority of ICEG and/or the rights, freedoms, legitimate interests, reputation, prestige, authority of ICEG members.
