Russian war of aggression against Ukraine has resulted not only in enormous destruction, including the industries yielding revenue to our budget, but also a shortage of qualified professionals.
Ukraine’s recovery requires both financial investment and best international practices. We realize that foreign investors will bring along their experts, and we are tasked with making their adaptation easier during project implementation within the Ukrainian legal environment.
Therefore, at the ICEG’s initiative, on May 12, 2026, a pilot project was launched to certify foreign experts as consulting engineers.
The project’s main goal is to prepare foreign professionals for the attestation and further certification as “Consulting Engineer (Construction)” of the basic level in Ukraine.
The Zoom conference held jointly with colleagues from the NCTC was attended by over 40 experts from Italy, Türkiye, Finland, Estonia, the South Asia countries, and other regions. This meeting has launched the pilot project aimed at delivering:

During the discussion, international experts learned about all specifics of professional activities in Ukraine and got detailed answers to their questions.
