MEDEF International is the first French private business network abroad. It enables companies to learn about and evaluate business opportunities by various sectors in over 120 markets, mostly in new markets or in developing countries.

During an online conference with ICEG managers and specialists, Géraldine Lemble, deputy CEO of MEDEF International, presented operations of the organization.

MEDEF International encompasses over 170 thousand French companies, with 65% small and medium companies and 10% large ones. In 30 years of operations, the organization opened subsidiaries in 120 countries worldwide (except for China and Russia) and established cooperation with the French governmental authorities. MEDEF holds around 300 events every year.

Géraldine Lemble told about setting up a task force on Ukrainian matters, which consists of 10 French companies including transport and engineering ones, and brought forward an initiative to hold a webinar for these companies and ICEG member companies to discuss possible ways of cooperation.

Hopefully, as a result of MEDEF International and Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild cooperation, French business will know more about prospective development of engineering consulting services market in Ukraine, our needs during the war against Russia, and future opportunities.
