To implement the Ukraine Recovery Program in an efficient way and render assistance with its practical tasks, the Association of Towns of Ukraine (ATU) and Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild (ICEG) signed a Memorandum aimed at delivering joint actions and projects for reconstruction of towns and territorial communities in Ukraine.
The Memorandum provides for:
- appointing Oleksandr Kulak (ph. +38 096 996 06 60) responsible for coordination of assistance with handling the Ukraine recovery tasks within the EIB bidding for funding the construction, rehabilitation, and reconstruction of social facilities;
- establishing the Volunteer Engineering Consulting Call Center (Center) on the basis of ICEG member company INTELLECT CONSULT GROUP LLC (ICG), ph. +38 099 919 33 67, +38 050 359 92 65, e-mail: icg.centr@gmail.com.
The Center is tasked with:
- supporting the development or revision of design and cost-estimate documents and calculations;
- assisting with the documents preparation for the bidding;
- engineering, legal, and consulting support to project implementation.
For reference: the Association of Towns of Ukraine is a non-governmental and non-profit public organization that has hubs in all regions of Ukraine, strong training and analytical centers, which represent interests of towns.
The ATU’s primary goal is satisfaction and protection of lawful social, economic, creative, scientific, cultural and other mutual interests of its members, which are based on promoting the development of small Ukrainian towns.
