1979–1994 — working in industrial companies and design organizations in Kyiv, holding the positions from foreman to head of structural units.

1994–2005 — Leading positions in Ukrmontazhspetsbud, the Ukrainian State-Owned Corporation; since 2002 – in the State Committee of Ukraine for Construction and Architecture; responsibilities included technical development, quality and formation of the scientific and technical policy in construction; since 2003 – Head of Department of Scientific and Technical Policy and Information Technologies in Construction

2005–2011 —Head of Technical Regulation Department, Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Housing and Utilities of Ukraine

2011–2015 — Director, Department of Technical Regulation and Scientific and Technical Development, Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, and Housing and Utilities of Ukraine
