The parties thereto shall join their efforts, capacities, and resources to provide construction projects with an independent, qualified, and objective forensic studies aimed at the utmost application of scientific and technical achievements, introduction of conformity assessment mechanisms, independent engineering supervision, risk management, and dispute resolution in construction using up-to-date means and approaches of scientific expert examination.
As a reference: Scientific Research Center for Forensic Science of Information Technologies and Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice was established on 31.12.2004.
The Center’s activities are focused on is delivering forensic expert examination, forensic studies, material evaluation of objects, whole property complexes, shares, securities, proprietary rights, and non-material assets, doing scientific research work, reviewing the reports, etc. Today, the Center has significant prospects of development in the context of implementing the European Union–Ukraine Association Agreement in the field of intellectual property protection, as well as in the process of delivering the judicial reform in Ukraine.
