FIDIC Academy has introduced new training courses designed to improve managerial, contract, and leadership competencies in professionals involved on infrastructure projects.

The key premier is the Future Leaders Management Course (FLMC) 2026 — a global CPD-certified training programme designed for early to mid-career professionals. This course has a hybrid format and covers strategic training, managerial tools, and leadership skills enhancement in the context of international infrastructure projects.

The course includes webinars with global experts, on-demand modules, interactive learning, and networking opportunities at the FIDIC Global Infrastructure Conference 2026. Having completed the course, the participants will benefit from the internationally recognised FIDIC Certified Consulting Professional (FCCP) credential.
