Greetings to the leaders, members, and partners of the Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild!

November 24, 2025

I’d like to extend my gratitude to you for your eager contribution to the meeting dedicated to development of our profession and services that it provides.

Thank you for your addresses, quality presentations, and expert discussion. In my opinion, our conversation proved to be very professional, seeking answers to challenging questions.

I want to say thank you to Nataliia Kozlovska, Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, for sharing the Ministry’s plans regarding introduction of the electronic pricing system in the Single State Electronic System in the Construction Sector, formation of the Codification of Construction Materials and Construction Price Database. I am certain that this initiative will be actively discussed in our large community to work out and find the best solutions. As a matter of fact, we are to abide by new rules and new requirements.

I am also very thankful to Hanna Bondar, People’s Deputy of Ukraine, Subcommittee Chairperson of the Special Committee for Organization of Public Authority, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and Merited Architect, for her involvement.

It is important for the state to hear the opinion of professional communities. This enables us to more effectively form the environment that will demonstrate our professionalism and openness to the civilized world.

We do believe that when peace is reinstated in Ukraine, we’ll see a construction boom. This is what Alfredo Ingletti, President of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) spoke about in his address. Emphasis on a comprehensive support to Ukraine was made by Adam Białachowski, Vice President of FIDIC and representative of the European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations (EFCA).

The discussion also touched upon quite an acute problem of corruption and prevention mechanisms that must be developed and improved. Corrupt practices have a lot of aspects and components, and we are prepared to put our knowledge and efforts in building a civilized market of engineering consulting services.

We are ready to talk about it with public activists and scholars that will provide their expertise and help shape efficient preventive mechanisms to combat embarrassing corruption practices.

As the Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild, we are always open to everyone standing the grounds of professionalism and commitment to the country that we are going to rebuild together.

We have a lot of work to do.

Thank you and all the best,

Oleksandr Nepomnyashchyy,

President of the Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild
