The Public Union “Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild” and National Research Center for Radiation Medicine, Hematology and Oncology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine have signed the Memorandum of Cooperation. Its objectives include development of the infrastructure and formation of the quality living environment, namely in the medical sphere.
The MoC was signed by Volodymyr Zhovnir, Director General of the Research Center, and Oleksandr Nepomnyashchyy, President of ICEG.
The MoC’s scope covers improvement of the professional and scientific self-governance and consolidation of efforts for efficient project implementation. A special attention is given to attracting investment, donor’s aid, and relevant expertise.
The document also envisages implementation of best global practices, modern management standards, contract forms, including FIDIC forms, and innovative technologies in construction.
Another important area of cooperation will be enhancing the project implementation efficiency through risk management, process transparency, and corruption prevention.
The National Research Center for Radiation Medicine, Hematology and Oncology is a leading state-run scientific and medical institution dealing with cancer and blood disease research and radiation health effects.
The MoC is launching a new phase of collaboration with the National Research Center for Radiation Medicine, Hematology and Oncology that joins the efforts of science, medicine, education, and engineering. Such an interaction is expected to become a foundation for introducing cutting-edge solutions and delivering high-quality projects targeted at developing the healthcare infrastructure and improving the quality of life in Ukraine.
