The Public Union “Interstate Consultanta Engineers Guild” (ICEG) and the State Higher Educational Institution “Pryazovskyi State Technical University”   have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at developing engineering, scientific, and educational activities in the field of construction.

The MoC was signed by Olena Khadzhynova, Rector of Pryazovskyi State Technical University, and Oleksandr Nepomnyashchyy, President of ICEG.

Pryazovskyi State Technical University is a leading higher education institution in the eastern Ukraine that trains specialists in construction, engineering, energy, and information technologies. The university’s syllabuses are focused on developing the competencies required for implementing complex engineering and construction projects, as well as on raising the scientific and professional level of specialists.

The document provides for joining the Parties’ efforts to ensure construction projects are provided with qualified staff, introduce modern engineering approaches, utilize achievements in science and technology, and contribute to the development and reconstruction of Ukraine.

Key areas of cooperation include:

• optimization of construction project management based on the synergy of engineering, science, and education;
• research into mechanisms of independent engineering supervision, risk management, and compliance assessment in construction;
• organization of joint scientific research and scientific-technical projects;
• professional development of specialists, including through training programs, internships, and upskilling courses;
• promotion of international standards and best practices, including application of FIDIC contracts;
• facilitation of attracting thr investments and donor aid for the implementation of construction and educational initiatives;
• dissemination of experience in integrating innovative technologies in construction and engineering to improve the quality and safety of facilities.

The MoC opens a new chapter of cooperation where science, education, and engineering work side by side. May this joint effort become a source of innovation, creative ideas, and high-quality projects that transform the future of Ukrainian infrastructure for the better.
