Dr. Oleksandr Nepomnyashchyy, President of the Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild, presented B-ACT S. A. CEO Mr. Adam Bialachowski  with commemorative coins in honor of our peoples’ friendship and to celebrate the Polish company entering the stock exchange in April 2024.

“On April 16, 2024, B-ACT S. A., a Polish partner of ICEG, debuted on the NewConnect market of Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company’s exchange debut is a pivotal step for further growth and business development. Congratulations!” Dr. Nepomnyashchyy noted.

In his turn, Mr. Yurii Sereda, Director of Representative Office of B-Act Spółka Akcyjna in Ukraine, said, “Debut of B-ACT S. A. was a success. At the opening, the stock price rocketed by 37.5% and stock turnover was the highest on the entire market of NewConnect, an alternative share market, and made up almost a quarter of the market turnover. As at May 3, the share price is growing. It was 1.84 at the opening and it is 2.47 now.”

“It’s a historical day for our family business and a historical day for myself,” Mr. Bialachowski emphasized. He thanked all of the team for their contribution to the company development and to the Ukrainian delegation for attending the event while also expressing his support to Ukraine.
