On January 28. 2026, the National Scientific Center “Hon. Prof. М.S. Bokarius Forensic Science Institute” and Public Union “Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild” signed the Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC).

This document has marked an important step in developing the partnership between ICEG and a leading state-owned research institution in the field of forensic science.

The cooperation will focus on:

• Fostering collaboration in the areas of research, education, innovation, and forensic science.
• Planning and implementation of joint scientific research, projects, and programs.
• Organizing and conducting joint scientific and practical events including workshops, conferences, symposiums, and business meetings.
• Providing methodological, consultative, and practical support.
• Sharing professional experience and information.
• Training, retraining, and continued education through joint training activities and internship.

The parties have agreed to join efforts towards efficient use of the scientific, educational, and technical capacities, in line with the principles of partnership, openness, mutual respect, and following the Ukrainian legislation.

For over a century, the National Scientific Center “Hon. Prof. М.S. Bokarius Forensic Science Institute” has carried out examination, scientific, and educational activities, forensic research in a wide range of sectors, and trained highly-qualified specialists for the judicial system of Ukraine.

Signing the MoC opens new horizons for joint activities, strengthens trust and promotes development of the professional and scientific potential of the National Scientific Center “Hon. Prof. М.S. Bokarius Forensic Science Institute” and Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild. This partnership is bound to be an example of effective interaction and support in pursuit of joint objectives and new accomplishments.
