This week, on 31 May 2023, European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations opens an international conference on “Delivering Climate Resilience: How the European Green Deal, Digitalisation, and Harmonised Standards Present Opportunities for Engineering Consultancies” in Rome.

As announced earlier, a separate panel will be dedicated to Ukraine and explore the ways in which foreign engineering and consultancy companies can contribute to the reconstruction of Ukraine. Anna JAROSZ-FRIIS, DG NEAR, Acting Director and Oleksandr KUBRAKOV, Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine – Minister for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine are among the keynote speakers. The delegation of Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild headed by its President Prof. Oleksandr NEPOMNYASHCHYY will also join the conference. In particular, Bakhtiyar KHODJAEV, ICEG Vice President, will be a panelist to speak about the current situation and tendencies in Ukrainian consulting engineering sector during the wartime.
