It is fitting that this year’s FIDIC Global Infrastructure Conference is hosted in Cape Town, as the G20 presidency is handed over to South Africa, says FIDIC website.

In the International Federation of Consulting Engineers, the Republic of South Africa is represented by the Consulting Engineers South Africa (CESA), a voluntary association of engineering consulting firms, with a member base across the country totaling in excess of 580 companies employing approximately 19 000 people.

Delegation of the Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild had a meeting with the CESA leadership that resulted in signing the Memorandum of Understanding. On behalf of CESA, the MoU was signed by President David Leukes.
