Amendment 2 to the “Guidelines for construction cost determination” has been enacted from January 1 following its previous approval by Minregion’s Order No. 244 of 01.12.2022.
The Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild provided an update on the basic innovations of this document.
The Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine has informed central and local executive authorities about the enactment of the stated changes to the cost-estimate norms with the letter below:
