In June 2025, the Service for Infrastructure Restoration and Development of in Odesa Region completed reconstruction of the 106-apartment condominium in Serhiivka township, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, Odesa region. The missile strike on July 1, 2022 destroyed 105 apartments. The building’s reconstruction started at the time.

V.S. Engineering company was in charge of the restoration process. Independent engineer’s supervision made the construction work customer confident in the quality of the applied materials, compliance with work techniques, and precision of measuring the scope of accomplished work. Now, the residents can return to their homes. This is a good example of V.S. Engineering company work targeted at getting the result.

Today, V.S. Engineering continues providing the consulting engineer services and is supervising 16 more sites including medical facilities, schools, and kindergartens in Odesa, Poltava, and Kyiv regions. The services are being rendered as part of the Ukraine Recovery Programme co-funded by the EIB.

As a reference: V.S. Engineering LLC was formed in 2022. It is a member of the Consortium Southern Engineering Company and a member of ICEG. The company is specialized in providing the engineering consultancy in construction projects in road, water and sanitation, and social infrastructure sectors.
