In May 2025, National Certification and Training Center (NCTC) and O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv signed a strategic partnership agreement.
Objective of the cooperation is to create conditions for a systemic interaction in educational and scientific sectors, join efforts to develop applied research, and also enhance practical training of construction specialists.
Main areas of cooperation:
- participation in joint scientific, educational and career guidance projects;
- organization of continuous education and specialized training of students and teachers;
- involvement of experts in the educational process;
- technical consulting, assessment of facilities, elaboration of regulatory documents;
- supporting practical integration of science, education, and construction industry.

NCTC is a base organization in the field of construction, it renders a wide range of professional services, including:
- special training of the construction industry professionals;
- technical assessment of buildings, works, and networks;
- consulting engineer and construction supervision services;
- drafting of regulatory documents;
- scientific and technical support of infrastructure projects.
This agreement is an important step toward strengthening the ties between science, education and professional practice, which will undoubtedly facilitate improvement of the engineers training and development of the Ukrainian construction industry.
