Since March 21, 2024, Amendment 4 is introduced in the “Guidelines for construction cost determination,” which was approved by Order No. 243 of 20.03.2024 by the Ministry of Infrastructure.

An important innovation is introducing a new method of payment for services of the consulting engineer, i.e. if they are engaged not for the entire construction term or to provide certain functions stipulated in the agreed price, their services can be paid for in fixed amounts according to the contract conditions and the form included in Appendix 47 to the Guidelines.
At the same time, the basic way of payment for services of construction supervision or consulting engineer remains the same, i.e. payments are made in the amount of the agreed price for engineering services proportionally to the cost of actual scope of work completed on the basis of certificates of acceptance of provided services in line with the forms that can be found in Appendices 43, 44, 45 of the same Guidelines.
