October 29, 2025, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine hosted a meeting presided by Andrii Sybiha, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and attended by Oleksii Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine and Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, and Oleksii Sobolev, Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture. During the meeting, they discussed the main areas of international cooperation for Ukraine’s recovery.

The ministers summed up the outcomes of this year’s Ukraine Recovery Conference – URC 2025 that was held in Rome. The conference became an important platform for governments, international financial institutions, and businesses to coordinate their actions.

Special attention was drawn to preparing for the Rebuild Ukraine International Exhibition and Conference to be held in November in Poland. The event will provide an opportunity to present Ukrainian projects, engage new partners, investment, and technologies in the restoration of infrastructure, housing stock, and industry.

The meeting participants also outlined first steps toward organizing the URC 2026 planned to take place in Poland. The conference is meant to be the central international platform to discuss reconstruction strategies, share experience, and launch new investment and engineering initiatives.

The Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild (ICEG) believes that the initiatives targeted at strengthening international collaboration and creating an effective system of project implementation are relevant and timely.

The consulting engineers are playing a significant role in implementation of projects, it is they who ensure their quality, effectiveness and transparency, compliance with technical standards and international practices. Participation of Ukrainian specialists in such global events as Rebuild Ukraine and URC opens new opportunities for partnership development and professional growth.
