France is allocating EUR 200 m to support energy generation restoration, housing, healthcare and demining in Ukraine as part of the Ukraine Facility, Yuliia Svyrydenko, Minister of Economy and First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, posted on X.

First 19 projects have been selected to be delivered within 16 months. These initiatives will enable us to equip some hospitals, upgrade energy infrastructure, reconstruct buildings, and redouble our demining efforts.

According to the Minister, “demand far exceeds funding, with applications already reaching €600 million. We hope for expansion, as Ukraine’s reconstruction is an investment in security and resilience. We are grateful to France’s government and private sector for their commitment.”
