On November 7, Kosice is hosting the Slovak-Ukrainian Business Forum organized by the Slovak Agency for Investment and Trade Development (SARIO) in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic. This event will be held under the auspices of Deputy Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic Petr Kmec and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko. The forum will take place together with a meeting of the intergovernmental commission for economic cooperation between the two countries. Office of the deputy prime minister of the Slovak Republic is responsible for the Recovery and Resilience Plan and the use of EU funds.
The Slovak Association of Consulting Engineers (SACE) is going to participate in the forum and have meetings aimed at developing the cooperation in the field of construction and engineering.
In communication with ICEG President Oleksandr Nepomnyashchyy, SACE President Igor Toth emphasized the importance of international cooperation by saying that “within the presidium, we have a designated working group for cooperation with Ukrainian consulting engineers under the leadership of Ing. Miroslav Kubanka. I wish you personally as well as your member companies peace of mind at work and strong international support.”
Miroslav Kubanka, member of the SACE presidium and authorized representative of SACE for negotiations regarding the search for a way and an opportunity for the Renewal Plan, said, “we are already participating in meetings at the government level with the participation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic as well as ambassadors and other diplomats with the aim of finding a form and a way to help Ukraine.”
Mr. Kubanka added that SACE is ready to recommend reliable companies and technological solutions that will allow ensuring the Ukraine reconstruction in the most quality and fast way. “I wish you and all of Ukraine to end the war immediately, because every person deserves to live in peace and enjoy life,” he underlined.
