ICEG is embracing the authorities’ initiatives towards improving a legislative support to the practice of engaging the consulting engineer in construction.

Order No. 787 of Aug. 6, 2024 of the Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development “On approving the model contracts for providing the engineering consultancy services in construction, providing the engineering consultancy services in construction (services of the consulting engineer) and fulfillment of technical supervision in construction” has been officially published and has entered into force.

• Calendar-based schedule
• Financing schedule
• Certificate of acceptance of services provided
• List of key experts
• List of documents provided to the parties.

We are drawing attention of the professional community that the previous ministerial order concerning the model contracts, i.e. Order No. 89 of Apr. 13, 2020, has become invalid.
