Cosmin Tobolcea, FIDIC Board Member, Vice President of the Romanian Association of Consulting Engineers (ARIC) and General Manager of PROTOBY, says thank you to the Ukrainian consultign engineers for their support and hopes to further develop cooperation with the Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild.

“It is an honor to have been elected to the FIDIC board, and I deeply appreciate the support and recognition from you and the Ukrainian consulting engineers. I look forward to using it to support FIDIC’s growth and initiatives. The cooperation between the Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild and the Romanian Association of Consulting Engineers is a testament to the strong partnership between our two countries. I share your hope that our collaboration will continue to flourish and strengthen in the years to come,” Mr. Tobolcea noted in his message to Dr. Oleksandr Nepomnyashchyy, ICEG President.

To recap, on September 8, at the annual FIDIC Global Infrastructure Conference and GAM, the Romanian engineer Cosmin Tobolcea was elected a member of the FIDIC board.

Memorandum of Understanding between ICEG and ARIC, Romanian Association of Consulting Engineers, has been in force since 2016.
