The President of the Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild, Oleksandr Nepomnyashchyy,  addressed the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) with congratulations on the occasion of signing a five-year Memorandum with the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine.

“Recognizing the role of the World Bank in this event, we believe that ICEG has managed to make its own significant contribution to laying the foundation for such a decision,” stated in the letter to FIDIC.

Throughout the entire five-year period of ICEG’s affiliate membership in FIDIC, and in the subsequent years, relying on the support of EFCA, the FIDIC representative in Europe, we tirelessly promoted the idea of the need for collaboration between the Ukrainian authorities and FIDIC. We have conducted hundreds of educational events, meetings, and presentations both within working groups established by government institutions, as well as for businesses, educational institutions, and members of the professional engineering community in the construction sector.

We would like to emphasize that the ICEG team consistently undergoes training on FIDIC modules, and we are grateful to FIDIC for their contribution to the development of the engineering community in Ukraine. This contribution is necessary and extremely relevant considering the future recovery projects with European and international companies and donors.
