Today, in the course of EFCA GAM & Conference 2024, an annual conference of the European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations, currently ongoing in Madrid, Spain, the Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild (ICEG) and Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia (ACES) have signed the Memorandum of Understanding aimed at facilitating fair and effective dispute resolution in the field of engineering consulting.

ACES has been ICEG’s partner for many years. We started building our information exchange and interaction in market expansion and improving the quality of engineering consultancy as part of ICEG delegation visit to Serbia in 2017.

New areas of cooperation have been induced by wartime problems and facts of life in Ukraine. ACES shared with us the precious expertise of Serbian engineers and builders in assessment and reconstruction of buildings and works destroyed during hostilities in the territory of former Yugoslavia over 20 years ago.

The today’s initiative will encourage further strengthening of our cooperation to enhance the performance of services provided by members of both associations.

ACES, the Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia, is a professional non-profit association established in April 2009. ACES can be joined by Serbian engineering consulting firms as well as architectural bureaus, construction contractors, banks, insurance companies, legal offices, and other organizations, interested in promoting the goals of ACES.
