Interaction and coordination of efforts aimed at improving the project management processes based on the synergy of engineering, research and expert examination have become grounds for the Memorandum of Understanding signed by the Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild (ICEG) and Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (KSRIFE).

This document symbolizes another step toward providing the construction projects in Ukraine with independent, qualified, and objective forensic studies.

As KSRIFE reports on its website, “The goal of this cooperation is joining the forensic studies, engineering activities, science, and modern technologies for Ukraine’s reconstruction and sustainable development.”

ICEG’s specialists together with members of the Scientific and Expert Board, practicing consulting engineers, and partners are exploring how to use forensic construction and technical, economic, scientific and legal, and also other specific and comprehensive studies as instruments of enhancing the quality and attesting the work and service conformity in construction.
