Mr. Haluk Demir, Business Development Group Manager, TEMELSU, has become the Ukraine Branch Office director. In April, he came to Kyiv to learn the situation with construction and engineering services market. Dr. Oleksandr Nepomnyashchyy, ICEG President, and Mr. Demir held a meeting to discuss possible reconstruction of infrastructure facilities and postwar recovery.

“I came to Kyiv in person because the war should not prevent the business from developing. The main thing that we need is funding from international organizations, and we are ready to resume our work. The contract notice published for the “Works supervision of capital repair of the M-09 road section from Lviv to Rava Ruska” is a great signal for all of us,” Mr. Haluk pointed out.

Meanwhile, Dr. Nepomnyashchyy noted a positive experience of project implementation by TEMELSU in Ukraine.

“Jointly with FBM Ukraine, you delivered an important project funded by the World Bank, ‘Consultancy services for supervision of capital repair on M-03 Kyiv – Kharkiv – Dovzhanskyy highway on selected sections Lubny – Poltava.’ I am happy that with your facilitation and owing to your energy, TEMELU will be able to work efficiently in Ukraine.
