ICEG has signed the MoU with the Finnish Association of Consulting Firms (SKOL) to zoom in efforts and opportunities for the effective joint performance of the Finnish and Ukrainian companies in the recovery of Ukraine.

SKOL is the industry and employers´ organization for independent consulting firms. It is a member of the Federation of Finnish Technology Industries.  The Association has a membership of 150 design, consulting engineering and architect firms, employing about 19 000 people in Finland. SKOL members cover over two thirds of the total consulting engineering capacity in Finland.

ICEG has been working together with the Finnish Association of Consulting Firms within Ukraine Support Group which was launched by EFCA in autumn 2022 and brings together representatives of 15 countries. Exchange of experience as to collaborative contracting approach during public procurement is of particular importance for the parties. The approach was adopted by Finland in the form of project alliance and has been widely used for 15 years, especially in large construction investment projects.
