The Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild (ICEG) welcomes an important initiative of the Italian government that has provided EUR 200 million to restore the Ukrainian energy infrastructure. This aid is an essential contribution in supporting the Ukrainian energy system that was badly damaged by hostilities.
This investment is targeted at upgrading the power grid and restoration of critical infrastructure. The projects are going to cover not only restoration work but also introduction of cutting-edge technologies to enhance the energy system’s efficiency, security, and environmental sustainability.
ICEG has a long history of collaboration with Italian partners in the field of engineering consulting and management of infrastructure projects. Such joint initiatives demonstrate how effective international interaction facilitates achievement of strategic goals in restoration and upgrading of the power sector.
Support from the government and people of Italy in this hard time affirms a strong friendship between our countries and readiness to join efforts for the cause of rebuilding the Ukrainian infrastructure.
We thank Italy for helping. Together, we can ensure a resilient future for Ukraine.
