Bakhtiyar Khodjaev serves as Vice-President of the Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild (ICEG), representing the interests of consulting engineers and engineering firms in Ukraine and the wider region.

He is also CEO of Engineering Corp. LLC, where he leads organizational development, contract implementation and business growth initiatives.

With over 20 years of experience, he has worked on infrastructure and construction projects across Eastern Europe, with particular expertise in Ukraine and other CIS countries.

Throughout his career, he has led tendering and bid preparation, FIDIC-based contract administration, technical supervision and project financing on transport, energy and complex building projects, including assignments involving international financial institutions.

He holds a degree in Economics and Management and a Master’s in Management of Investment and Construction Projects from International Business School London, and is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, English and Turkish.
